Comfort Suites Bossier City

The pool area was extremely nice. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with extra towels also which was very nice. Very clean, comfortable, and extremely private which I though was very nice. We woke up later than usual, so we left later than check out and wasn't charged extra on my card. I thought this was very understanding. The front desk receptionist called and i gave her the simple truth and once again another staff member was accommodating. I also booked from a third party site and wasn't charged ANY EXTRA FEES. Strictly what the exact price said on my email confirmation. This was very important to me because them extra fees really do add up and I just had a horrible experience with a hotel/motel the previous week. To summarize it all..a very clean, private, accomodating, and trustworthy hotel.

Room was very nice and bed very comfortable.

Very very friendly staff. Took care of every request. Like a lot of places now need more help but that seems to be the norm for any business now.

Overall, the breakfast was pretty good. The area in which we get the breakfast is a little Crowded but not terrible. The location of the hotel is also very nice. Not in the city like the others
